TIEMPO DE CONSERVACIÓN DE LOS DATOS PERSONALES

Posteriormente, los datos serán suprimidos conforme a lo dispuesto en la normativa de protección de datos lo que implica su bloqueo, estando disponibles tan sólo a solicitud de Jueces y Tribunales, el Ministerio Fiscal o las Administraciones Públicas competentes durante el plazo de prescripción de las acciones que pudieran derivar y, transcurrido éste, serán eliminados por completo. 

Datos de los clientes: El periodo de conservación de los datos personales variará en función del servicio que el cliente contrate. En cualquier caso, será el mínimo necesario, pudiendo mantenerse hasta: 

4 años: Arts. 66 y ss. Ley General Tributaria (libros de contabilidad…). 

5 años: Art. 1964 del Código Civil (acciones personales sin plazo especial).

6 años: Art. 30 del Código de Comercio (libros de contabilidad, facturas…). 

10 años: Art. 25 de la Ley de Prevención del Blanqueo de Capitales y Financiación del Terrorismo. Datos de los suscriptores o de registro: Desde que el usuario da su consentimiento hasta que lo retire. 

¿CUÁLES SON TUS DERECHOS EN LO QUE CONCIERNE AL USO DE TUS DATOS?

NOTIFICACIÓN Y DECLARACIÓN DE BRECHAS
