We hope you are doing well!

We are happy to announce that your pledge will be soon at your door. In this short update, we will provide you with the latest information regarding the fulfillment of the campaign, share with you the Insert Guide that you will find in the Big Box QR, and a short video regarding the assembly of the pagodas.

Fulfillment

USA/CA 

Allplay has started fulfillment in the US, and some of you have already received your order/tracking information. 

Canada’s fulfillment will commence approximately two or three weeks after the USA’s start, as it is transported over land from Allplay’s warehouse (Lenexa, KS).

EU & ROW 

We’ve been informed today that the vessel suffered a delay (outside our control) and the new ETA is September 14th.

Please bear in mind that from the moment the games arrive at port, it will take approximately 10 days to go through customs clearance, unload, and start preparing the packages.

Our fulfillment partner from Barcelona will do their best to start sending the orders as soon as possible once they receive the goods.

UK

The vessel suffered a delay (outside our control) and the new ETA is September 12th. 

SpiralGalaxy will provide us with a fulfillment date once the goods are with them.

ASIA

We are verifying the list of orders with VFI to start as soon as their schedule clears out for us.

AU/NZ

The new vessel (XIN YA ZHOU) with the games is set to arrive on September 1st and VR will commence shipping as soon as possible.

A few days ago some of you received an early confirmation email from VR Distribution as we were preparing the documentation/orders for fulfillment. We encountered an error and reuploaded the information so now you should have an email waiting in your inbox where you can update your mailing address (if necessary) for this delivery.

Pagoda assembly video

We recommend watching this 90-second video (provided by Ninox) before assembling your pagoda floors. By following the instructions, you’ll ensure the structure feels solid and well-built. To provide extra peace of mind, we’ve included an additional set of pagoda floors in your game box, just in case you need replacements.
