Setup:

Draw two decoration cards and place them face up to create the decoration showcase.

Gameplay:

• When a player decides to "place a decoration", instead of performing the normal action, they may choose a decoration from the showcase by paying 1 coin.
• If a player performs a normal "place a decoration" action by drawing cards, instead of discarding the remaining cards, place one in the decoration showcase and discard the remaining cards, if any.
• Once the decoration showcase reaches 6 cards, discard all the cards and draw two new decoration cards to form a new decoration showcase.
• As an optional action, during their turn, a player can pay 2 coins to shuffle the discard pile back in the draw deck.

Note: The lantern to place two decorations cannot be used to take cards from the showcase.

Setup:

After the base game setup, draw 4 tiles per stack to form a fifth stack composed of 16 tiles that will be placed face-down, aside of the board. Draw three tiles from this new stack to form the market.

Gameplay:

When a player decides to "expand the garden", instead of performing the normal action, they may choose to take a tile from the market by following these rules:

• If there are three face-up tiles, the player will have to pay a coin to take one of the three tiles.
• If there are two face-up tiles, the player will be able to get one of the two tiles for free.

At the end of the turn, if the market has only one face-up tile, draw two new tiles to replenish the market.

Note: The tiles in the market can also be taken with the lantern to place two tiles.

Gameplay:

When players pick up a landscape token, they can decide to perform one of the following actions:

• Instead of placing the Panorama tile immediately, reserve it in front of you by placing a coin near the corresponding Panorama stack (Big or Small).
• Immediately place the chosen Panorama tile and gain all of the coins corresponding to that Panorama stack (Big or Small).

During their turn, as an optional action players may place any number of Landscapes Tiles they previously reserved in front of them for free.

At game end, any remaining reserved Panorama tiles will have to be placed in turn order.

Setup:

During setup, the Emperor is placed in the garden on the starting point , while the emperor card is placed back in the box.

Gameplay:

• Right after the main action, players have the option to move the Emperor figure onto a new available space to earn 2 coins.
• To move the Emperor there must be an unoccupied Character spot on the last placed Garden tile or the last placed Decoration (Bridge or Pavillion) and it must be in a straight line with the current Emperor position. The spot occupied by the Emperor cannot be occupied by other Characters at the same time.
• At the end of the game, every character that sees a Dragon on their active landscape will get 3 additional coins.
